Buying or refinancing a home — or financing a commercial property — can feel overwhelming. My role is simple: remove the stress, guide you through the complexity, and make sure you close on time with the best terms available to you.

Experience You Can Trust

Since 2012, I've helped families, first-time buyers, and investors across California and Arizona secure financing across a wide range of residential programs, including:

  • Conventional & jumbo financing for straightforward purchases and refinances
  • FHA & VA loans to help families and veterans get the most from their benefits
  • Investment property and DSCR loans for portfolio buyers

I don't just shop rates — I coordinate with your real estate agent, financial advisor, and other professionals so you have a full team behind the transaction, not just a lender. My approach is built on three things: clarity, responsiveness, and trust. Every client deserves straightforward answers, regular updates, and a predictable path to closing.

On the Commercial Side

Before residential lending, I spent years on the investment side of commercial real estate — Series 7 and 63 licensed, working on private offering memorandums for institutional-scale deals from $30 million to $100 million. Those licenses are no longer active, and placing commercial debt specifically is newer for me — but the underlying real estate isn't.

Send me your deal. I'll search my lender network — multifamily, SBA, retail, bridge — to find a genuine fit; the lender handles underwriting, my job is the match. Because I'm still earning my way in commercial lending, you'll get more attention on your file, not less. I've been originating loans since 2012 — that's the track record behind the work.

Rooted in California

My connection to the communities I serve runs deep. I grew up in Los Angeles, went to college in Santa Barbara, and moved to the Bay Area in 1996. My wife and I have called Pleasant Hill home since 2002, where we raised our three children, now grown. I know firsthand what it means to find the right place, put down roots, and build a life in it — and that's exactly what I try to help every client do, whether the address is in California or Arizona.
